Two nights racing now in the books for Ferguson

With the completion of the PCR fastest to the rear format event on Halloween night October 31st, Ferguson Autosports completed its second event of the new season.

So far Warren and the no32 Maxim have been quick with the results just not falling at the right part of the night.

"Qualifying has been a handicap for us for some reason - this is unusual" quipped Ferguson, "We are normally quick in this part of the program but we have been a tick off and have had to rebuild the rest of the night."

Hemmed in down the field in heat races has mean't a real struggle to get forward., with both nights gaining access to the feature via the B-main. Halloween night this was done in dramatic fashion, where after starting from Position 7, Warren had up to a half lap lead before taking out the event with a fine win.

The feature races haven't been so kind.

Starting so far to the back of quality fields means unless you can force some gaps early, you get lapped. This has happened both weeks, but the team has shown they are capable of running with the leaders when they come through.

Both nights at the end of the event we have passed cars, but the early ;lap down has hurt the results with two 18th place finishes out of the 50 cars on hand each night.

"Track position at A-main time is what we need" said Warren, " We are getting close and will keep moving forward".

The team wishes to thank the support of it's sponsors, Fruitwheels, Deco Glaze, Visual Impact, G&S Automotive and Why Walk Used Cars. Without these guys we couldn't't compete at the level we do.

Ferguson Autosports look forward to the next three weeks in a row at PCR November 7th, 14th, 21st.

We have some sponsor hats to give away at the next event so come and see us!!
